Inner Circumference: The measurement all the way around your finger. This is the number you get from the paper-strip method below, and the one most people should use.
Inner DIM: The measurement straight across the inside of a ring, edge to edge. Use this column if you already own a ring that fits and want to measure that instead of your finger.
| Size | Circumference (mm) | UK & Aus | US & Canada |
| XS | 52mm | L | 6 |
| S | 57mm | P | 8 |
| M | 62mm | T | 10 |
| L | 67mm | X | 12 |
Circumference: The measurement all the way around your finger.
1. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, allowing for the size of your knuckle.
2. With a pen, mark the point on the paper where the two ends meet.
3. Measure the paper against the ruler in mm and compare it to the circumference in the above chart.
In between sizes? Always opt for the larger size.
Already own a ring that fits? Lay it flat, measure straight across the inside in mm, and match that to the Inner DIM column instead.
Rather not use string? Print our ring sizer, cut out the strip, thread the narrow end through the slit and slide it onto your finger to read your size straight off it.

Print at 100%. In your printer settings, set scaling to 100% or "actual size", not "fit to page". If it's scaled, every measurement on it will be wrong. The sheet has a line you lay a bank card along, so you can check it printed at the right size before you use it.
The strip reads in millimetres, the same as the chart above. All thirteen sizes are listed on the sheet too, so you can read your size without coming back to this page.
