CRAFTD Lifetime Warranty Policy

We know how important your jewellery is to you. That’s why every piece is CRAFTD to last, and backed by a lifetime warranty.

What Your Lifetime Warranty Covers:

Our Lifetime Guarantee protects you against any manufacturing defects from the moment your CRAFTD piece arrives. If you experience any of the following issues, we’ll make it right with a repair or replacement:

• Breakage, faulty mechanisms, or clasps
• Chains snapping
• Tarnishing or discoloration (beyond typical wear)
• Scratches (beyond surface-level wear)
• Stones falling out

Our Promise to You: 

Unlike other warranties, CRAFTD guarantees the quality of your jewellery for life. In the unlikely event a replacement piece also has a defect (though it hasn’t happened yet), we’ll continue to cover it under the same guarantee.

What Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover:

• Non-jewelry CRAFTD products
• Claims made using previously submitted photos
• Lost or stolen items
• Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties
• Excessive wear and tear

Examples of Excessive Wear and Tear:

Jewellery that has been subjected to intense or repeated misuse and shows damage beyond what we cover under our manufacturing guarantee.

How to Claim:

To start a claim, simply email a clear photo of the item, along with your order number and a description of the defect, to hello@craftdlondon.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note, claims without a photo cannot be processed.

CRAFTD’s Right to Decline Claims:

To continue offering our customers this level of value, we reserve the right to decline claims that don’t meet our criteria for manufacturing defects or fall outside the intended scope of this guarantee. In addition to the previously noted exclusions, this includes any claims flagged by our team as potentially false or fraudulent.

Please note that we are only able to process warranty claims for items purchased directly through the official CRAFTD London website. Purchases made through third-party retailers, including department stores, are not covered by our lifetime warranty and must be handled directly with the place of purchase.
